"Destination Wedding" Packages

"Property Rental" Packages

One Day Evening Package

This package is for a one night stay and includes the rental of the property. The Bride and Groom and up to twelve guests stay overnight and enjoy the facilities of The Duncan House. Included in this package is a full breakfast the next morning.

Two Night Package

Includes all the above with an additional overnight stay.

$4900.00*

Three Night Package

Includes all the above with an additional overnight stay.

$6300.00*

The rest of the wedding is designed around the needs of the bride and groom.

The maximum number of guests is limited to seventy five.

This package is for the exterior of the property only for a six hour period.

Option one for this package is the use of the Bridal Suite for the Bride to get ready and the use of the Hallway for photographs.

Terms and Conditions
Property usage is 6 hours from 9am - 3pm or 4pm - 10 pm
City noise ordinance requires sound reduced by 10pm
Tenting is optional and available at market rate with 48 hour notice
50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date
Balance due 30 days prior to function
