This package is for the exterior of the property only for a two hour period.

Up to 15 guests: $600.00

16 guests to 30 guests: $800.00

31-50 guests: $1000.00

50-100 guests: $1250.00

100-150 guests: $1400.00

Duncan House Professional Photography for the event is available starting at $400.00.

Terms and Conditions

Weddings that include a reception on the property can not exceed 150 guests.
Depending on the package property usage is from 2 - 6 hours from 9am - 3pm or 4pm - 10 pm
City noise ordinance requires sound reduced by 10pm
Tenting and seating is optional and available at market rate with two week notice
50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date
Balance due 30 days prior to function
