Policies:

Cancelation

-If your reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of your
scheduled arrival date, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
-If your reservation is cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of your scheduled arrival date, a one nights stay will be charged to your account .

-Reservation for the entire house requires a $500.00 non-refundable deposit due upon reservation. A cancellation fee equivalent to the price of a one night (non-discounted) rental of the house will be assessed if the reservation is cancelled within 3 weeks (21 days) of the reservation date. The reservation must be payed in full 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the reservation.

Room Rental

- Room rates are for double occupancy, per night.
- Two night minimum stay on weekends.
- 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Bed Tax are additional.
- MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express accepted.
- Check In: 3 - 6 p.m.
- Check Out: 11 a.m.
